Right to Occupy Trust

Business Trust

£199.99

A trust is a key component of estate planning services, designed to protect business assets and ensure smooth succession or continuity following death or incapacity. Additionally, when considering options like Lasting Powers of Attorney, it's important to also review wills and trusts pricing to make informed decisions.

Note:

A Discretionary Trust includes the Memorandum of Wishes within the price, making it a valuable option in our estate planning services. Additionally, the Discretionary Trust can incorporate the Nil Rate Band and Residential Nil Rate Band at no extra cost, which is a key consideration in our wills and trusts pricing.

Lasting Powers of Attorney

Legal documents, such as Lasting Powers of Attorney, enable someone you trust to make decisions on your behalf if you are unable to do so. These are essential components of estate planning services, alongside wills and trusts pricing, ensuring your wishes are honored.

Health & Welfare document inc registration

£275.00

Estate planning services, such as Lasting Powers of Attorney, allow your chosen attorney to make decisions about your health, care, and medical treatment if you lose mental capacity, ensuring your wishes are respected.

Financial & Property document inc registration

£275.00

With estate planning services, you can appoint your chosen attorney to manage your finances, property, and financial affairs if you are unable to do so, utilizing tools like Lasting Powers of Attorney. Note:

Once submitted, Lasting Powers of Attorney are registered by the Office of the Public Guardian and typically take several weeks to several months to process. The current registration fee is £82 per document, though fee exemptions or reductions may be available for individuals on certain benefits or low incomes. For those considering estate planning services, it’s important to note that this fee is separate from wills and trusts pricing.
